great dryer. has lots of different functions which makes it easier to use. the only thing is the smart touch, it's a bit pointless, you have to physically put your phone to the dryer to connect it etc..by the time you've messed about with that, be quicker to just turn the dial lol

I previous had a white knight cheapo vented dryer which I had for over 10 years and apart from being expensive on the electric and condensation was a great product. When it broke I decided to up grade to a convector dryer to reduce the condensation, wish I hadn't!! While I had seen in previous reviews that the dryer was noisy, I was not quite prepared for how noisy it was. It sounds like you have pairs of trainers thumping around in it all the time (I live in a terrace house and still expect the neighbours to complaint when I use it as the noise seems to vibrate through the whole house) and it still causes condensation as it blows out hot air. I would never buy this product again!!

It's a fantastic dryer, easy to use, great features and can either programme it, or just use by selecting what your drying on a switch. It's not silent, by any means, but it's not an annoying sound, and can tell when it stops if in another part of home. Personally I find the noise comforting, and makes the room warmer which is handy at this time of year. Very pleased, and low energy, so really great product.
