  • Better than traditional sweeteners

Pretty pleased with this find. Although I personally don't think it tastes like sugar at all it oddly does have a sweet taste to it but I can't REALLY explain why or how. It does taste... Clean. I found sweeteners to taste chemical like (as they are obviously). Stevia was overpowering. Xyletol was pretty good but uber expensive and in reality wasn't sweet at all so you needed loads of it. This however is a good zero calorie sweetener alternative. It tastes clean. Healthy. Natural. The recommended use is 1.3 teaspoons to 1 of normal sugar. I'd disagree and suggest it's closer to 2:1 but... I had / have a sweet tooth so perhaps I'm less sensitive to the sweetness of foods now. But this is great value for the size. Has positive health reviews and will become my new zero calorie sweetener for sure.

  • Great Sugar Substitute & Perfect for Keto

Being able to have a sugar substitute like this is perfect. Being on Keto does restrict a lot of sweet treats, and being able to make your own by replacing sugar with this product is fantastic. Its great for baking, and perfect for anyone wanting to indulge their sweet tooth but still keep that healthy feel. It's very versatile, and when making homemade baked goodies that require finer sugar, this product can be easily ground into fine powder with food processor/nutribullet. From now on I will be making sure this product is always in my cupboard. Definitely recommend!

  • Value for money

The product is very tasty, plant based, no artificial chemicals or preservatives added into it. Also, no calories and it is great option for adding it to coffee, tea or home baked cakes.

  • Just what I was looking for.

Erythritol is the safest of this type of sweetener, so I wanted to like it. It has a texture like sugar, but is not as sweet, so you need to use a little more. However, I like that because it is very easy to oversweeten things you make with the other sweeteners. The resealable pack is very useful. I decant 300g into a separate container and just top that up when necessary. Erythritol is the best sweetener I have tried so far, for texture, efficacy and taste.

  • A great sugar substitute

Having been diagnosed with high blood sugar though not diabetic I was looking for a natural, non chemical sugar substitute and after a bit of research decided on Erithritol. It's not quite as sweet as sugar but perfectly acceptable in my tea and in cooking. I like puddings and cakes so have been experimenting and so far have made a really good banoffee pie and a fruit cake. Until my next blood test I can't honestly say whether my blood sugar levels have improved but I do feel less sluggish and have lost a little weight. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks so it's early days. I'd certainly recommend Erithritol if you want to reduce sugar consumption.

  • Sweetness virtualyl without calories

Xylitol and erythritol both are xcellent products. I used xylitol initially to help reduce my sugar intake. I have lost some weight and do not wish to put it back on. I changed to erythritol only because it contains no calories at all, unlike xylitol which has just a few. Both products are sweet, xylitol is probably about the same as sugar while erythritol is not quite as sweet as sugar. Both products can be used as any baking a sugar substitute in baking giving the same results. Depending on how much baking you do, it can work out quite expensive, fine for drinks though. Of course, any baking with xylitol must NOT be given to dogs. This does not apply to erythritol!
