No magic involved.
First-- talk to your physician about your use of this kind of product. Don't just blindly jump onto the bandwagon, bur for a fairly large slice of people who have allergy problems that produce a runny nose these nasal corticosteroids are a blessing. They don't magically make you better, but they reduce the intensity and duration of that impossible runny nose, and that makes life much easier. Buy the double pack of 120 spray units, stuff the container with the second one in your refrigerator, and follow the directions. For most of us it works well, for some it does not work simply because it is not powerful enough. Best on the Market
This product works as well as the Fluticasone based products without the nasal irritation and bleeding. The drawback with this particular order is the September 2016 expiration date on one package meaning I only have about 40 days to use a 240 day supply before stale date. The other package expires in February 2017 so essentially I have a 16 month supply that should be used in less than 6 months. I plan to use the expired product until depleted as I've found most pharmaceutical stale dates to be arbitrary set by the manufacturer to maximize product turnover and profit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

NASACORT ALLERGY 24HR BEST EVER !!!
I love the Nasacort Allergy 24HR it is GREAT for my Sinus problem !!! But this double pack was such an Awesome product at a Great price !!! I make sure I keep this stocked up for use but don't Always have to use it every night because it works so well ... I have bad Sinus problems too !!! It said the box was a little damaged but I didn't care I thought you would not be selling it if it was that bad. I was right, it was only bent on one of the corners. Fantastic for my husband's chronic sinus problems!!

The only product that truly helps me

I only use Nasacort when I want to breath :)
Nasacort is a lifesaver for me! In Texas, my allergies can get BAD. Really bad! Because I like to breath I keep a good supply of Nasacort in my medicine cabinet. Nasacort is like Nasonex but by comparison VERY inexpensive!
For years I went to a Doctor to get Nasonex. Co-Pay was $35 for the Dr. visit and picking up the prescription was another co-pay. One day when I ran out I went to a walk in clinic to get a prescription and the lady Dr. laughed and said ... "You DO know this is available without a prescription don't you?" Well no I didn't, and she said Nasacort is almost identical to Nasonex and available over the counter. SO now I just buy 2 or 3 of the 120 spray bottles on eBay that has an expiration over a year away and it ends up costing just a fraction of what I was paying before and I get the same results.
