Couldn't live without these tablets.
As someone who suffers with various Anemia's, I get run down very fast and often. I originally purchased these to help me with Coldsore outbreaks, for which they have been a Godsend. suffered, nasty side effects vomiting / nausea! I took around 2000mg - 3000mg per day Please read label! I’d recommend you take no more then around 500mg a day or you could push it maybe split tablet into two and have it twice in a day that will make up for the 1000mg Ideally take with food, not on empty stomach as I did, maybe that’s the cause problems for Me, I was intermintent fasting! One happy over the moon customer
Suffer with coldsore's on the outside off my nose ,(I know weird one 🤣) I've taken this tablet for 3wks now an not one cold sore, I've had the sores on my nose repeatedly for last few months ,wish I had before an after pic but not one to take a pic off something so ugly stuck on the side off your neb hahaha. Can't believe the difference, for the first time in months I'm not walking round with load off cream stuck to my nose at night an looking like I've stuck my face into big cream bun ,which wouldn't be a bad thing lol but no didn't have that pleasure just that look. Amazing for coldsores.
I have been using this brand for a few years daily and I won't be using any other brand. I used to have bouts of 40-50 coldsores at a time when my immune system go low even when taking other brands. This would happen every couple of months. It got so bad at times I had to be prescribed medication for smallpox. Now that I take this daily I get 1-2 a couple of times a year. Easy to swallow L-Lysine tablets
These particular L-Lysine tablets are a much easier to swallow shape than ones I've had previously, which is a plus point. Aside from that, I initially started taking L-Lysine alongside iron supplements to help with hair shedding, however I've definitely noticed that I've had markedly fewer cold sore outbreaks since I started taking them too. If you are bothered with cold sores then this product is for you! All other products treats the skin once they have appeared but by then it is too late. I've tried everything going.
