Best toner I've ever used!
This is a great toner to use, in my opinion I only recommend this to people with pale blonde hair naturally or yellow/white blonde hair (bleached). I have some warmer parts near my roots and the toner never takes as well no matter how long you leave it on for. I leave it on for about 45 mins which makes it a silvery/lilac. I use this product religiously and have bought the pink toner ready to try next , watch This space
