Well worth the price, even having a blunt blade.
This is a very well made boning/chopping cleaver. The weight is a big plus, but it is still a very well balanced chopper. It is very comfortable in your hand. It has a full tang, which is extremely important. There is 1 pretty big drawback though, in that there is absolutely nothing sharp, when it comes to the blade. This adds an expense to the overall cost, if you are not very good at using a sharpening stone. Still, I am quite pleased with the quality, weight and feel. I will just have to get out the stone and go to work. It will take some time, because like I said, it is not even close to sharp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
