I'm loving the S10e. So easy to use. Camera is brilliant after my old phone. The only thing I'm missing is the massive battery of my old Motorola but a lot of that is that I'm using it so much more! Surfing, shopping, social media etc is so quick, a joy to use.

Considering its supposed to be a grade A refurbishment it did have a fair few scratches to the rear of the phone. However the actual phone works as well as I'd expect from a great Samsung. It doesn't come with nw charging cable etc and not in a phone box like I expected so no good as a gift.
