Classy cleaning
This is the second steam cleaner I have purchased and it feels sturdier and better quality than my previous one. It is light weight and easy to assemble, I love the black makes it look classy and more expensive. My only grumble is the cleaning mops come off if you haven’t put it on properly, don’t try to pull them back on while the steam cleaner is on. Cleaner is only 4 months old and has decided to suddenly stop working, I have done all the suggested steps in the manual and yes you've guessed it still doesn't work. Works a treat!
Not sure what to expect as this was to be our first steam mop and this particular product is at the lower end of the price scale. We didn't want to spend a lot as we were unsure how much use we would get from a steamer but we had no need to worry. The mop assembled easily and worked immediately. Heating up time is much less than a minute and the results on our tiled floors are amazing. Our quarry tiled kitchen floor is always covered in muddy dog prints and conventional mopping just spreads it around. This mop really cleans although it is a bit disturbing to see how dirty the microfibre mop gets. Good news is that the mop is so easy to use you can clean up every day in less time than it takes to fill the old fashioned mop bucket. Also does a good job of refreshing the carpets using the glider attachment. Not had chance, yet, to try it on the windows but have every confidence it will work a treat. Plenty of accessories and a good supply of spare mop heads included. Hope the spares, when we need them, are good value? If I have one criticism, it is that the water filler bung is quite hard to get out. (strong seal-small handle), but this is a minor issue and does not detract from an excellent product at a good price. Very quick delivery, too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cleans well

Voche Steam Mop
How did I manage to clean my floors before I had this steam mop?! It's so easy to use on both hard flooring and carpets, and obviously being a steam mop the floor is dry again in no time. Mop heads need cleaning after every use, can't think why they're white instead of grey. I've ordered more so that I can clean my kitchen floor and then another room without having to wash the mop head and then wait for it to dry. I actually enjoy cleaning my floors now, and it's reassuring to know they're really clean - but you can't add anything to the water as it might damage the cleaner...nothing to stop you putting a few drops of whatever fragrance you fancy onto the floor though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
