Chinese manufacture 12/24V Battery Charger (No make)
Thus charger if Chinese manufacture ought not to appear on ebay UK because it has several design flaws Warnings that appear on one of its two screens appear in Chinese script! Output voltage is too high at 12V setting.... as hugh as 16v LED notification of Mains connection not working LED notification of 12/24V not working. Not up to safe European standards
