Stainless and Porcelain, what a great combo!
Stainless and porcelain, what a perfect match, the ease of maintenance and cleanup due to the porcelain coating is priceless. Three burners provide plenty of cooking power and I usually just use the low setting for most of my cooking needs. The 2ft by 18" cooking surface will handle a lotta chow for most events. The porcelain griddle is what sold me, uses minimal cooking oil, is easy to clean with paper towels, and is removable if you want to take it to a sink to clean. The side grease drawer is easily accessible so you don't have to reach over a hot griddle to check it like on some other makes. This unit is integrated into an outdoor kitchen so rust was a big concern as a maintenance problem, no problem with this porcelain griddle, rust free and no maintenance. Skip the seasoning process also. If you want a care free griddle thats easy to clean and ready to work at a moments notice, look no further folks, this is it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Uneven heat
I have a infrared thermometer and with all burners set the same and a ambient temperature of 85 the left side of the grill was 550 F the center was 410 f and the right side was 270f in my opinion this is to much variation. I will try to adjust the burners but doubt that you can adjust that much variation out. If That doesn’t work I will try to drill the center and right side orfaces bigger.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Happy I bought one, easy to use and clean up!
First time I used it I made bacon, eggs and hash browns for me and two of my grand children while camping at our county fair. Everything turns out great. Clean up was easy with the porcelain griddle. The only thing I noticed when cooking pancakes was the front of the griddle wasn't as hot as the rest of the griddle. Works great, we enjoy it for the family.
This isn't for a two person camp... this is family size. Cook the who breakfast right here, burgers and dogs for the little league team. We even put a pot on with some sauce to warm it and not scorch it. It is heavy duty and not light weight like many camping stoves. So I was in the market for one of these for a few months now but could not decide on a size. I have a family of 4 and the smaller ones looked just the part (to small). So I decided to give this one a shot. When it arrived I was impressed with its overall size. It was more cooking space then expected. I decided to put it to use that day. No seasoning is required as it is ceramic. Ready to use straight out of the box. I decided to make smash burgers and it was amazing. With little effort it was all cleaned up within minutes. Wonderful Griddle.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It is a great product. He was at first disappointed that it took a full size propane bottle but Now he really loves it. I love it too since he cooks on it. BTW for those complaining that it does not cook evenly across the griddle. IT ISN'T supposed to. There warm and hot spots so that you can move the food around to where you need it to be.
