Did not give much credence to the concept ,but desperation led to purchase! Delivery was quick and instructions easy to follow .Adjustable and fits well. Did seem to temper volume of husbands snoring and long quiet spells between .A peaceful nights sleep in the short term .Don't know if it will work indefinitely,but so far so good.

Works to a point
I've always been heavy snoring. I've used a mouth guard that pushed my jaw forward that works to a point. I then tried this ring which again worked to a point but still I was snoring. I now use this ring and the mouth guard and my snoring has stopped.
