Excellent Quality Images From a Compact Unit
Excellent image quality. In UK, definitely requires an expert to fit. There were some slight problems with the two units (camera and ringer) connecting to the wifi network, but they were resolved. The help desk was easy to contact. The ability to see who is at the door, even when you are not at home, or view live footage if you just want to check that all is well, is a really excellent facility. The only slight criticism is that the ringer is not as loud as I would have liked. Perhaps there is a way to increase its volume, but I have not found it yet. I have held off awarding 5 stars, as I do not know how the unit will perform over the longer term. But I am very happy with it so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not value for money.
Although the picture quality is good the actual camera is poor. The lens or picture is like looking through a gold fish bowl. Cheaper Video door bells cameras are better but picture quality not so good. Great doorbell
Brilliant product. Super easy to install if you have an existing door bell. I have 0 electrical knowledge other than basic commonsense and was able to do it in less than an hour. Our bell box was only rated at 8v which wasn’t enough so removed the bell box and old transformer completely and fitted the ring one (supplied) - I also bought a single-DIN box to house the transformer block in. Very good product

The package contains everything you need to install the Ring Video Doorbell Pro. If you already have a mains powered door bell then this replacement is straight forward, a quick look on YouTube provides videos to watch. The supplied transformer is easy to fit providing you have a basic understanding of electrical consumer units, if in any doubt then consult an electrician. Once the hardware has been installed the software is again straight forward to load and within a few minutes is up and running. A first rate product
Superb 1080p resolution/clarity. Effective night vision. Kust works extremely well. However, it needs a very robust wifi signal (and was therefore very difficult and needed support to get working....much better when I moved the modem etc). It is expensive, but extreme quality with every conceivable bit (down to the last, and spare, screw; even a screwdriver, rawlplugs and locking scre/torx key). Beautifully presented and well packed with immediate/free carriage by this seller.
