Horrible alarm
The alarm is so obnoxious! I'm always yelling at it to shut up. It's hard to adjust the temperature setting and if you switch to the timer too quickly it sometimes turns of and I have to reset the whole thing. The thin probe slid into the prime rib with ease. Nice large numbers are easy to read and unit was easy to set. Plenty of stainless steel cable to place device on counter and roast in center of oven. Quality and function.
