Doesn't fit, not their fault I guess

Hose pipe tap adapter
Brilliant concept just doesn't fit all kitchen taps like mine. It's too big and so the securing band doesn't tighten around the tap. The connections for the hose is just for rubber hoses and the connections on my expandable hose don't match. Depends on your tap
I purchased two for two mixer taps and I guess the actual style of your mixer tap will determine how good this item is. In both cases it took ages to get the adapter to seal and ensure water only came out of the bottom and not seep or stream out of the back. Finally succeeded with one tap, but found it impossible to get a complete seal on the other, with water pouring out the back with the tap full on. I would add that that tap was slightly large and with the overflow set further back on the tap. The adapters were however comparatively cheap, but even with the one that works reasonable well, I don't relish the time I will have to spend getting it to seal each time I use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Too big
It looks nice and strong, but please don't buy if you have a regular mixer tap, coz it is way too big. It will just go in and out leaving lots of space, can't even attempt to use it! Absolute terrible item
This item is totally useless and does not do as it says . I tried it on 5 different taps and every single one just squirted water out allover with none going down the hose pipe . The clip to tighten to the tap is cheap and doesn't work. Avoid this item !!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Can’t get a water tight connection
Fitted on to the tap perfectly! Thought I was into a winner but nope instead ended up soaking myself as it just WILL NOT provide a water tight connection so the water just spurts out everywhere! Almost like the tightner on the side won’t tighten enough for it to allow water through the hose freely! Hard lump of usless plastic
Unfortunatley this was a large lump of hard plastic with no sealing possibility's, The turn key tightener was feeble and after a few turns hit the main body, the main black pastic body lump had no give and so could not be tightened.
