Vortex Copperhead 4x12x44
I bought the copperhead out of pure price point. I have other Vortex optics in my arsenal such as the crossfire II, Diamondback and Viper. Just as with the other Vortex Optics I own, The copperhead didn't disappoint. The Glass is clear, The scope adjusts easy and it has a BDC. I bought 1 for a .17 HMR and I was so impressed with it I picked up a second for a CVA .44 Mag single shot. Vortex also has a awesome VIP Lifetime warranty. , scope didn't fit 1 inch rings between the turrits and front bell turned out it wasn't round, should have never passed QC.
Scope didn't fit 1" rings, tube wasn't round, between turrets and front bell, I had to shim it to get it to fit, QC should have caught this issue, other then that it seems fine, but look around, a local gun store has them for 109.99 here.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great quality scope at budget pricing.
First Vortex scope I have owned. Glass is very good. Scope is well constructed and has held zero on a .308 bolt after several boxes. Has a generous range for eye relief, no narrow 'sweet spot'. Placed on a 17HMR Savage 93R and very pleased with its ability to hold track. Quality appears to be well constructed and the glass is clear. Please note I have not used this scope in low light conditions, but don't feel it will be an issue. Quality scope for quality firearms
Vortex is a quality product. Their scopes range from (in my opinion) very expensive to moderately priced. However, even at the lower end of the price list, the quality is still superb. I haven't mounted the scope yet because I have only SAKO rifles which require special SAKO ring mounts. I have Zeiss and Leupold on most of the rifles but have wanted Vortex for some time. I just purchased two more SAKO rifles and after receiving this Vortex for one, I decided to order a second Vortex for the other. Quality firearms require quality scopes. Decent scope. Nice clear glass. Vortex warranty if you f it up....
Pretty decent little scope for the money. As always the Vortex Warranty is a deal with any of their optics. I have this on a 6.5 creedmoor ar upper and it is surviving well at 100 yds... At this price range. Super clear, positive adjustments, good looks and tracks nicely. Sighted dead on at 100 and used first hash mark to bust 5 out of 5 clays at 200. Good quality for the money.

Very good for the price
This is the intro into the long range scope market, its a quality scope at the 120 dollar price point.
