It's the recommended oil for most Briggs & Stratton lawnmower engines and I'm happy to use it. Yes, I'm sure you could find a cheaper alternative but I prefer to use the manufacturers oil for engine longevity and it's obviously working as my engine is now 12 years old and I've never had any issues, so I'm going to continue using it. Buying 1.4 Litres works out much cheaper than buying it in the smaller 600 ML quantity.

Have owed a couple of Honda pressure washers over the years so thought have a change after my last washer died. The Briggs and Stratton model I’ve purchased is supposed to be more powerful and quieter when running but I have to strongly disagree. My old Honda was far superior in every way and I will not hesitate to replace my new present B&S washer with a new Honda washer when the time comes. Sorry but my Rating is a 5 out 10 at a push....

The rating questions are potty. That said this is a pricey but top quality oil for the Briggs-Stratton range of engines of 149 to 350cc which being a small precision engine giving great endurance and reliability. You could swop for a cheaper ' generic' or g.purpose oil but I believe the Yanks ask for and get premium products! Like this one.
