Many Technical Issues
The makings of an excellent product, plagued with technical issues. It looks great, it sounds great, and the idea of it is awesome. However, I have had nothing but technical problems with it since I got it, which puts a damper on things, especially at this price point. Screen artifacts, freezing, inability to connect via app, and ability to switch between sources just to name a few. USB often loses connection, and after a (very ) long wait, it will say "USB Device Inserted," as if it had been removed and plugged back in. The Dirac also does not work. It sounded great out of the box, and like trash after running the very time-consuming software. So if you don't want the room "correction" and you can get past the technical issues that will make you feel like you're messing with a first-gen smartphone, the product is fantastic. With all the problems, I can't recommend this at anywhere remotely approaching this price point. Contacting NAD support was a complete waste of time.

Ambitious, but falls short.
Everything about the product is premium, from the streaming to build, but I'm simply not a fan of Class D amplifiers. Its a digital amplification process that provide a relatively sterile, in my opinion, and neutral sound which simply isn't enjoyable for extended listening session. I had these hooked up to Cornwall IVs, JBL l100 Centuries, and Heresy IVs - it neutered all of them. Just a boring and plain sound.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
