Great that I can now cook foods that normally require frying in oil totally without in virtually all instances. Easy to use, looks good and is easy to clean. Good but lots of dents
The product itself is very good. I generally Google how long and what temperature rather than using the presets; and use it more like a traditional fryer or grill I.e. checking things here and there for doneness. Once you get a feel for it you can set the timer and go about your business with confidence. It is easy to clean.and a lot cleaner than using a fryer or grill plus you can put it in a dishwasher. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the amount of dents it arrived with, not the performance of the product. I had a refurbished one which was £50.00 cheaper than a new one. I'm not sure if it was sent out like that or the courier was responsible but it was very surprising.
