To me this is a relief from my arthritis in all my main joints. Managed to contain an flare-up of knee arthritis but sadly has not totally solved the problem. One has to be careful not to overdose with this or similar products,so using small tubes and using smaller targeted amounts less often is sensible. After 10 days treatment I am reverting to "heat only" for a week before possibly resuming treatment.
