Saw this kind of chopper being used on a YouTube recipe demo & then searched on eBay. This was not the cheapest but had a triple cutting blade where others had double. I don’t know how long it will last because it does seem a bit flimsy, but for now I’m loving it. This made it very easy to chop onions. I just put one in and in about two seconds had a minced onion.
