Easy to understand, and easy to use.
Set up easy and efficient. Good presentation, easy to understand and use, and it all works. The opposite of my experience with a competitor offering the same service, where everything was convoluted, and nothing seemed to work as expected. So Emson have quite an achievement making complex technology easy for a layman. It isn't unnecessarily bureaucratic, but simple and effective. Does the job, without unnecessary frills or fuss. Good product, not so good set up procedure.
Setting up took forever, maybe due to poor internet access in my village, but seemed to go round in circles and was asked to do wheat seemed to be the same thing over and over, with annoying pop-ups appearing for other Epson products. Good value for money
The printer is easy to set up, runs reliably, uses fairly cheap ink cartridges, it has very good printing quality, print cartridges are easy to replace and can be done so individually which reduces costs. This printer came at a very low price and therefore I did not have high expectations.However it is extremely good, equal to the much more expensive printer I have at work. not so easy to set up, exalant printer when you do set up.
no it's no easy to set up, drivers from disc didn't start up, used online setup, but takes longer if you need to view help files and tutourial videos, intructions very poor, no details on how to set up, all online, my take a few hours to set up and download user software, end of day once you have got it set up, exalant print quality and print from wifi and iphone or google phone, and scan to icloud or iphone and print from anywhere in the world, exalent printer, not so very good to setup.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

VERY difficult to set up, would not buy it again!
No means of downloading driver for first week as Epsom website closed! Got it eventually and still can’t manage it, previous reviews had warned me but I just thought “how difficult can it be?” Foolish me! Lovely printer.
I really like this printer. It’s neat and fits perfectly where I want it to go. I did have to request help from Epson but my problem was soon resolved.
