It works
I've given this product a four rather than a five. This is because to give it a five would suggest that it works in exactly the same way for everybody, which it doesn't. It is less vicious on the gut than it's older cousin Dulcolax, but I still found that it gave me lower bowel cramps and quite violent diarrhoea. However, it was effective. Having read other reviews, I see that people have had a range of reactions to DulcoEase - everything from little or no effect, through gentle easing, to the sort of thing I experienced and worse. Could be stronger
This is supposed to draw moisture into the stools to soften them. I think they could be stronger and find that the nasty tasting drinkable powders do a better job at moistening the stools and at making them easier to pass. This is just my personal experience. Couldn`t live properly without them.
