New improved recipe
The new, improved taste is a real bonus - it is so much nicer than the original taste. It is also easier to mix with no lumps left. The Optifast vanilla shake is just like drinking a vanilla milkshake in both texture and taste. I have had weight loss success replacing my evening meal with an Optifast vanilla shake.
