I purchased this saw as a replacement for a different cheaper brand, and what a difference. It is a very quiet saw and is very simple to use. The blade changing is so easy anyone could do it without problems. Although it looks ready to use out of the box with a blade installed, take time to read through the manual and make sure to level the blade both left to right and front to back. GREAT SAW.
Well, firstly let me say I am new to the world of Scrolling, So I did a lot of research before buying, I started looking at lower end scroll saws But in the end I decided to go a little more expensive. So, on to the review, Well it arrived when it was supposed to , Was easy to set up , To be fair it was almost spot on , Only needed to adjust the blade alignment a fraction. This machine has some unique features, Like the Arm tilts and not the table , Which makes it easy to work at any angle. The blade changing is quick and easy, The motor is I believe the most powerful motor on the market at over 300 Watts. The slots on the sides where you can store your blades in tubes . I have had the saw for a month or so , And to be fair I have only had time to play and practice on occasions , Probably 8 hours . But in that time it has worked like a dream, I have not broken a single blade and for a novice that shows how great this is .. If you are thinking about buying a scroll saw Please check this model out , It is only £33.50 more expensive than the 16 inch version .
