Sealed doorbell
It came in a small package and easy to install. Not sure why screws were inside as you cannot open the sealed doorbell. I used sticky pad supplied and it's secure as no weight to it. Only downside I can see is how do you change the battery ?? The doorbell is sealed. Its cheap enough so I assume you just throw it away and buy another.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not Reliable.
It seemed ok for a couple of months but I've had endless hassles with poor battery life, damp getting in the bell push and the main plug in unit losing it's settings. I've had a few of these digital bells of different makes and they all end up in the bin before a year is out. For £12, I suppose you can't expect a lot, but you'd be better putting it towards an old style Victorian bell, manual, much more reliable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Loses its charge too quickly
When its fully charged, its brilliant, however, even if the bell is not used, the batteries drain really quickly and you have to re-charge everything at least once a week, which you do tend to forget to do. The instructions say you could hard wire the outside unit to a power point but, if you do that, the bell doesn't work properly. So on the whole I wouldn't recommend this item. Works out of the box very simple to use

A great door chime.
When the chime arrived it was a simple case of plugging the chime unit in to an electrical outlet and using two screws to fasten the Bell push to the door frame ( one reviewer said it couldn't be screwed to the doorframe but this is not the case), there is the option to use double sided adhesive pads if preferred. It is very easy to select a melody by simply pressing a button until you get to one you like, at the time of writing this review it is nearly Christmas so I have selected we wish you a merry Christmas. Perfect, and good range too.
