    Decent bit of kit for home workout

    Bands are decent quality. Good quality fabric and stitching on the anchor, handles and ankle straps. All in all it's a good product and I'm happy I bought it. Be aware that resistance bands take some getting used to. It's not like a cable machine at the gym. But once you work out the angles and get the technique down you can get a great work out.

    The product its self is nice and works perfectly other than the soft handles are cheap plastic and have cracked in about 5 uses had to use tape to stop further cracking however it is now awkward in hand due to tape

    Delivered exactly on specified date. Comms were great. Product as described. It does come with a quick workout guide which may be useful for some. The carry bag is handy and quality of the bands, handles and clips seem sturdy. 2 weeks of daily use for 35 mins a time and so far works as expected. Happy overall. 5*

    Resistance too low

    The only way to get a decent amount of resistance is to combine all the bands together. You're better off investing in better quality bands because these are a waste of money. I was really excited to have received them during a time where we're not able to go to the gym but they are useless.

    Do not buy!

    Terrible quality item, stitch on the handle ripped after 1 use, hand replacement handles sent out and same thing has happened. These are completely unusable and actually quite dangerous as the snap with some force

    Snapped whilst being used

    I hardly used these as I found them a pain to use and also quite cheap looking. On the one of the occasions where I was using them one of the bands snapped. This is extremely dangerous considering there are pieces of metal attached to each end of every band. I would recommend saving up and buying some decent weights

    Not what I expected

    Bands are not as resistant as the pics look out, do not stretch to many arms routines, especially a basic arm exercise like in the picture. Pretty gutted with the product as was so looking forward to arriving and it solving my problem of having no equipment ☹️
