Love it, Love it
I bought this dvd player for its size mainly as it will fit in a small space. I did not realise till it arrived that it was multi region so that is another plus. I am using it with a cheap monitor and as such I was amazed at the quality of the pictures, It has both HDMI and Scart inputs - plus there is another socket marked "optical" but not quite sure what that is. I am getting excellent visuals and sound from the monitor and that is more that I expected. The only annoying this is that the power cable is only 36" long from unit to plug and the cable itself is stiff. Please bear this stiffness in mind if you want to put the dvd player in a unit like I do as threading the cable in and out could be awkward. I have bought a three-quarter metre one way extension lead to keep with the DVD player. Another point is that the power cable comes out of the back of the unit and the flexible holder is also very stiff so don't expect to be able to guide the cable directly to one side in a small space. The HDMI socket is at the left of the power cable as you look at the back of the unit and the Scart socket is at the right. Allow space at the back of the unit for the cable to jut out and turn wherever you are planning to put it. No video/audio cable was supplied with the unit so you'll need to include one. I used a cheap HDMI cable. (male to male). The remote control is not a dinky tiny one I am glad to say. The control takes 2 AAA batteries. Luckily the two batteries came with the unit worked but it's as well to have some to hand in case the ones in the box don't work. I consider this dvd player to be a very good buy at the price I paid and like I said I did not expect it to be multi-region,Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Dont be put off by the unkown brand name
Cant fault it ,its not the best looking but where it matters it delivers great picture and the multi region so far no issues and the sound is fine but remember to change the settings if using hdmi cables. Love the small size and nice low running sound level. And while I remember you don't have to be like a top notch bulls eye to get the remote to work . Denver small multi region DVD player
I bought this because I needed a multi region player and just as importantly, a small player, this fits the bill on all counts, plays all of my DVDs no matter the region, surprised for this size and cost that it has an HDMI socket which improves the picture quality, all in, a top player well worth the money. Ok it doesn't have a display but on screen details tell you all you need to know, the remote is a bit small and takes getting used to, it also has a limited arch of operation so, you have to be at a certain angle to the player for it to work, almost directly in front, no a big problem.
