Nice Phone, Great Price
After reading all the attributes of this particular phone, larger screen, bigger battery, headphone jack, I decided to get it. I couldn't find one through Verizon, and this one was advertised as a Verizon phone, so I ordered. This is a really nice phone. I was able to set it up easily through the on screen instructions. I had to go to the local Verizon store to get a sim card and to switch my account from my old S9. The salesperson was highly incensed that I didn't buy the phone from Verizon, and informed me that wi-fi calling would not be available. This was bad news since I don't have service at my home in the mountains. So I dug out my old network extender and plugged it in, but it couldn't find a signal. I finally got in touch with a live individual at Verizon tech support, which was practically impossible, but she was able to link the network extender to my phone and everything seems to be working. To be on the safe side I got the Google Voice app and selected another number that works with wi-fi. So I'm all set, getting used to the phone. Everything is working great, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to not having a back button. Overall A Great Phone
I am happy with the phone overall. Pros:Battery life is great compared to my old Samsung S6, it's easy to use and customize, fast downloads. The only con so far: I can't get the phone to automatically pair with Bluetooth in my car. Every time I want to play music, I have to pair it manually. There was never an issue with my Samsung S6. Apparently, I am not the only one with this issue and Google is aware of the problem. We will just have to wait for a fix. I also don't like how the default music player is now Youtube Music. I just want a simple music player not loaded with extra stuff. I downloaded VLC for my music.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Store Model, doesn't work
This phone was a in-store demo model. That means it could not (and would never be able to) use mobile data. Quite a few apps and even settings couldn't work or be downloaded. It's a lemon, pure and simple. I moved back to my Pixel 2 XL to wait for the 5a instead. Great Pixel Phone
So easy to use. Got a new Samsung promo phone on a different carrier and after using it one month had to buy another Google Pixel because I am spoiled to the Google line after the last six years of their phones. So easy to use and faster than others. Flawless fingerprint scanner to get into your phone quickly and easily.
