Good for sleep, definitely worth trying!
I was expecting to have to take a few capsules to get any benefit from this because the dose for each ingredient is on the low side, and I've had sleep difficulties all my life, but they must work synergistically because 1 capsule works well (in fact, I find 1 works better than 2-3). Furthermore, I wasn't really expecting much because I'd tried gaba (and glycine and taurine) in the past and didn't really get any noticeable benefit (but I retry supplements every now and then because my health and lifestyle habits keep improving so naturally I can expect things to affect me differently) and I'm pleased to say I fall asleep more easily and I wake up feeling more refreshed with these :) I recommend these along with good sleep hygiene and diet and lifestyle habits!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I use this to help with my daughter's symptoms of ADHD, she is 12 and this really helps, she takes 2 in the morning and sometimes a third during the day if she is particularly agitated - we have consulted a kinesiologist and I would recommend any supplements given to children to be given with advise from a professional.
