I just had a knee replacement and these Cryo-Cuffs were the main therapy for post-operative recovery. Reduces swelling and cools down the surrounding muscles of the knee that had to be cut through to perform the operation. If you've had, or are getting, knee surgery you really are going to need this. Used post op. for total knee replacement cold..... but can be used for other injuries cold first then hot later as swelling goes down

Aircast cryo cooler
The cooler works very well. It keeps the water cold for about 10hours if you use small freezer blocks instead of ice. You just change the water every other day. Absolutely brilliant. 💯
