Nothing fishy here .....
Certainly has reduced the algae growth on my plastic plants, and the aquarium glass does not require cleaning so often. The green tinge the product gives the water lasts for a while, but no adverse adverse effects on the aquarium occupants noted. The external tank filter is also noticeably cleaner when regularly inspected / cleaned.

Has improved the tank don't think it has completely resolved the algae issue may have to dose again but there are no instructions on using up the product you have purchased if needed
