I have been using this as per instructions for the last 3 weeks, this smells nice and makes the skin feel nice but there has been no reduction in my facial thread veins what so ever. If you want a nice facial cream for hydrating the skin then this is good but if you are purchasing for thread vein removal then I would not recommend.
