They come in lovely bright colours, mine is purple, and it is very flexible making removing the cupcakes perfect every time, no need for knives or prodding or poking them out. It is best placed in the oven on a tin baking tray for stability. Cakes keep a lovely shape and do not stick. It can be used with or without paper baking cases.
