Good phone at budget price
A year after release, I paid well less than half the retail price for refurbished. I feel that's a bargain. It'll get quarterly software updates for 2 more years and security updates for another year past that. It released with Android 11 and just updated to 12. Samsung claims it will update to 13 next year. This phone is a low midrange in terms of features and hardware, so don't expect great anything, but I think everything is at least good. I don't play games, so I can't give a good review, but from what I've read it probably won't do that well. It's certainly faster than my 5 year old Moto g5. Camera photos are good. I'm a light user so the battery lasts at least 4 days for me, but should last a day for a heavy user. The 5g connection (midband t-mobile) has been great. Solid reception with 400+ down/70+ Mbps up. This phone does not do millimeter wave 5g. Other reviewers bash the "low" resolution screen, but it looks fine to me. (Not great in bright day light, reminding me it is a budget phone.) I'm getting older, so a super high resolution that displays small print/icons are wasted on my failing eyes anyway. Build quality is solid, even if mostly plastic. Feels heavy, probably is because of the big battery.Verified purchase: Yes

Not what I expected; Disappointed
When I took the phone to have a Nano Sims card put in, the technician said the screen was chipped. You could only see it if you held it at a certain angle. I purchase the phone because it was compatible with my medical devise. I ended up having to purchase another phone. This is my wife's phone. There were a few issues getting it set up, the screen froze several times with pixels grayed out. I had to restart the phone several times but after downloading about 5 updates the problems cleared up. The phone is working fine now and hopefully it will continue to do so.
