Wasn't too sure what to expect with a dance keep fit kit but after Christmas bingeing I needed something other than a diet plan ! This is the perfect mix for me 14 different dance styles to suit all ages from 1960's to modern day slow or fast and 2 x versions of each one i.e. the explanatory version where she goes thro' each step gradually and then the version where she shows you how its done in one fluid go - she has two guys either side of her as well .What I particularly like is the way she says 'don't worry if you make a mistake ' it'll all come good .It's great fun and I'm already feeling fitter and stronger after just a few days I'll be back into my slimmer clothes in no time 10/10Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
