Brilliant Album.
Ok I’m slightly biased. I love everything Dave has done, and everything Depeche Mode ever recorded. That said, this is still a cracking standalone album. As with his others, you get a bit of the Mode sound, but with more of a rock n roll feel to it. Standout tracks are Dirty Stick Floor, Bottle Living and Black and Blue Again. But there isn’t a bad track on it, and Daves voice is, as always, in superb form. The deluxe version with bonus dvd is worth having just for the ‘Sticky’ video if nothing else. But the acoustic songs are ok. I certainly can’t complain at the price (£2.60) i paid. So go ahead, it’s just a good rock/pop album.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
