Does the job :^)
Very soft and well padded with cotton, these dressings are very good for (light) cuts. Good quality too, although, I’ve found the cotton upper layer to fluff off over time if there’s movement with the bandage. Here’s more information about the dressings for those who are unsure if it’ll fit your purpose: “Melonin consists of a perforated polyester film wound contact layer which is bonded an absorbent pad made of 80% cotton and 20% viscose backed with a layer of non- woven cellulose fabric. The plastic film prevents the dressing adhering to the wound surface and is perforated to allow the passage of exudate (ie, fluid coming from the wound) from the wound into the dressing [...] Due to the plastic film, Melonin should not be used on wounds with copious exudate as this may become trapped at the wound surface leading to maceration and inflammation of the surrounding skin.” - Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust Wound Dressing GuidelinesVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
