Hazardous electronics
Fixing instructions could be much clearer. Fixing tricky; the three holes drilled in walls must be spot on; no tolerance allowed for. Electronic wiring from a slide-in card, which is not fixed, and could slide out. Cord pull switch is on the card, so if cord is pulled too hard, damage could occur, which means the heater would be rendered useless. The "on" indicating light is lit by a 'floating' neon light at the end of a wire; as not fixed, it could get caught in the fan. The heater looks good on the wall, but the electronic arrangement inside are atrocious, if not hazardous.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect for the bathroom
Bought this heater specifically for my new small shower room. The 1kw is plenty but if you need more heat it can be set to 2kw behind the cover. You can’t select the different heats from the pull cord. I guess this is because its supposed to be mounted up high out of reach in line with electrical safety regs for bathrooms. It switches itself off after 30 mins, so you can’t accidentally leave it on for too long, which is a good safety feature. This is great for its intended purpose, it would not be suitable as a normal room heater that you might want to be on for longer than 30 mins. The switch that some people mentioned is not great is actually fine, but I understand that it doesn’t have a very positive feel or click to it. In conclusion, great for purpose and good value, although not cheap. You get what you pay for. Recommended. 👍Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Ideal for Bathrooms
early days yet, but so far v pleased. Would be better to have a paper template to assist fixing spot, but not too bad. Connecting block was a bit tricky to get to. No parts
This is the second of these heaters. The fan resting clip rust through and brake the plastic fan. Could not get any spares so I had to buy another so that it fitted exactly. May be one day things will be repairable. A ten pound fan could have fixed this now the old one is off to the tip.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does what it is supposed to do.
Bought this particular model as it can be installed in zone 2 of a shower. Not the most attractive item but appears to work well and was easy to install. Great little fan heater for the bathroom.Can be set to 1kw or 2kw on installation.It switches itself off after 30 minutes for safety.You will need to also fit a 2 pole isolation pullcord switch if fitted in a bathroom.Ideally get your local electrician to fit it for you.
