The Display is linked to the rotary encoder by a standard RJ45 cable. This allows the display and encoder to be disconnected. A 900mm cable is included. Rotary Angle Encoder and a Remote Display with a resolution of 0.1 degrees.

I have searched the net something to do our job we wanted, spent a small fortune with a company in Oregon, Swag & their product didnt do the job. These guy's supplied a simple but yet top quality unit which fitted our application perfectly. If you are looking for a angle finder which reads both ways these are the units you need. I purchased these units for a remote application. They are perfect for my needs. The fact that they use a simple Ethernet cable to connect the display and encoder make the easy to remote. They are well made. They run on a single coin battery, no outside power required. My only concern is how long the battery will last. I guess I'll find out soon. Good thing, the battery is cheap and easy to find.
