These tablets are absolutely fantasic. I use them for hot flushes and they really do work. After the first week of taking them the hot flushes stopped within a week. No hot flushes in the day or at night. The seller who I purchase them from is very quick and I revieve them within a couple of days. Great for middle-aged female travellers...
A friend recommended using sage herb to combat menopausal hot flushes. I usually drink a cup of fresh sage tea each day, which has worked more than I'd have imagined. However, when on holiday, it's not always convenient to carry a whole load of dried sage and the teabags on sale in the UK cost a fortune (if you can find them), compared with ones available in supermarkets in France, Spain, Italy etc. So I bought these tablets to use instead - and they worked great!
