A good alternative to Pasta
As I can't eat flour, I find this product is a good replacement for the usual rice, pasta or potatoes. They smell rather 'fishy' when first opened but once rinsed and heated with a sauce added they are are filling. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to lose weight as they hardly have any calories, or for someone like me who can't eat flour.

Amazing! I really like it. Of course all these products have a specific smell but after rinsing in cold water for 15 minutes the smell is gone. Very good alternative and will be re ordering.
