Well set out with simple recipes
I was very pleased with the simpler approach that made things a little easier to attempt. I have already done dried tomatoes in oil, tomatoes dried, gave a very intense flavour that I have had in salads, with cheese and biscuits, and dried plums and grapes and these with Greek yogurt, also with soured cream. I have done the lemons in salt and water in Sealed jar and used them in a tagine and also a stew.
