Bargain for 4. Much cheaper than the high street. Pleasant subtle fragrance and it's gentle on the lady bits. Yes I would recommend, especially if you are an active lady, slip one in your gym bag. If you shower more than once a day, this can lead to vaginal dryness which in turn can cause a ph imbalance. By using this product it keeps the ph balanced and helps combat further problems like thrush. A little goes a long way. I would recommend this product.
