This item is brand new purchased back in November 2024. It is a 12-12-18 Isolated model. I purchased by mistake, i should have bought a 24-12-20, and have only just realized pointed out by our electrician, but unfortunately the company cannot accept this to change for the one that we require due to the time laps, so selling on to purchase the other one. I still have the receipt, so it will still have its 5 year warranty. Thank you for looking.

Just the job
