Good product but poor documentation
The user manual supplied consisted of 1 small sheet of paper & did not reflect the configuration of the unit. The CD for monitoring software was more useful but still not particularly clear regarding what user selectable settings to choose. Once the correct (USB cable) monitoring option was selected by trial & error, the unit seems to work fine. It correctly provided back up power when the 10sec mains power interrupt test was done. It has 3 x IEC plus 3 x 13A output sockets. (Not all listings correctly mention both types) The USB monitoring facility is USB2 (not USB3) . Due to a shortage of USB2 sockets on my PC I resolved the issue by using a USB2 hub plugged into a USB3 socket. Time will tell how well the internal batteries last.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Problem Solved
I was having problems with power interruptions on a regular basis sometimes two or three in succession, some new safety feature Southern Electricity introduced a while ago to protect their equipment. They only last a few seconds but enough to shut my computer loosing any work in progress, never mind any possible damage. This unit has solved the problem. Easy to install, alarms sound if the power goes off and the software supplied shuts my computer down automatically before the battery is exhausted if I am not around.
