I have used other brands which either failed to clean had an awful smell or caused my washer hoses to fur up. This does all I need. I use it mixed 1:1 for effective winter protection.

I have used many screen washes over many years and have always found them lacking in some way. Some just do not have the ability to actually clean the windscreen. They leave streaks and often leave a residue on the glass which needs a special clean to remove. Polyguard gives a clean and dare I say, sparkling finish. Over the summer I have used a 75% water mixture and it was more than adequate, As road spray gets dirtier from autumn onwards with oil and other road muck, I will increase to a 50% mixture. This should also help when air temperatures go lower than 3 degrees C. Good value buying the 2 containers and they should last me at least a year, probably longer. Other retailers charge a lot for inferior products.

I put a undiluted sample in our freezer that runs at -22c it showed no signs of freezing. Says on the bottle -20c undiluted, -10c 1+1 water , -5c 1+5 water. It has got methonal in it and is lightly scented but it has not got the strong chemical smell that many winter screen wash have so is nice to use.Using it neat leaves a streak free windscreen . It is the best screenwash i've ever used and buying it in 4x5lt bottles made it very economic. On top of this it's made in England so support UK jobs.

Winter is often below zero where I live. Read the reviews and ordered one to see how it would to. No bother getting washer through in below zero temperature. Even at winter dilution it goes far. Also put some in a trigger bottle and used as de-icer, works just as well as the brands. Have ordered several more bottles to see me through the winter.

Good quality low temp screen wash. Way better than the pre-mix stuff in the supermarket! Where we live it regularly gets to -10C or even below and we needed a screenwash that in neat form could cope to -15 or lower This stuff is great. Frozen nozzles are a thing of the past. Can be diluted for summer use - we do 25% screen wash and 75% water in summer.
