Simple review, 2-TIRES-2-FLATS UNDER 40 mile rides. However if you decide to buy I suggest don't wait for a flat tire to happen. I opened the tire casing & installed a tire Liner between the tire & tube which can stop 95pct of flats. Caution do not open the complete casing in the tire just an 8 to 10 inch opening should be fine & slowly thread the liner as seen in pics. Good-Luck-!!

I am very happy with these tires and have settled on them as a standard for my vintage road bikes. They hold up well, grip well, and if properly inflated (i.e., not to the max) give a really marvelous road feeling. My only difficulty is they do not seem to have a removable valve core, which is problematic for injecting sealants.

I bought three of these, within a couple hundred miles one had a bubble form on the tread, I pulled it off and emailed Vittoria with no response. Put the other on and had a flat within a week. Had tried to add slime but stem was not removable. Don't waste your money on these.
