Hardest bit is fitting but read on.
Dead chuffed with this liner but fitting is difficult. After a couple of attempts I worked out the easiest way. My tyres were big, schwalbe Balloon tyres. The easiest way I found was remove the wheel, remove tyre and inner tube from the wheel. Blow up the inner tube. Fit it inside the loose tyre. Blow it up until the tube has applied pressure onto the tyre. Push the liner between the tube and tyre, trim to length when it's all in place. Check the liner is evenly positioned in the tyre behind the tube. Make sure the direction of the tyre is facing the correct way then fit the tyre onto the wheel as normal. I managed quite easily, hardly needed levers, only for the last tiny bit. It was very easy to do like this. Good luck.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for puncture prevention
Having used these many years ago when we lived in Cumbria the puncture proof strips were essential during the autumn when farmers trimmed the Hawthorn hedges!!! Not much different up in Scotland though not as much Hawthorn. Puncture prevention tape
It arrived quickly and was pretty easy to fit to each wheel. So far I've had no issues, and even though it does make the tyres seem harder on the ride....this is not a problem. There are a number of videos on YouTube that are worth looking at to help with the fitting.
