Keep them legs going !!!
The exercise peddler is a fair price and works ok, but it needs to have a piece of rubber matting put under the legs to prevent it sliding about. The actual item is good when can get it to stay still and will help my elderly mother mobile through the Covid crisis. Handy for light exercise.
This pedal exerciser is lightweight, easy to store and can be used from any seat. Good price, really helps strengthen the legs
Having osteoarthritis in both knees at a fairly young age (in my opinion), I was advised by a physiotherapist to purchase either an exercise bike or a floor exerciser, but to ensure that the resistance could be adjusted. Not having the space for a full bike, I purchased this. After just a week of using it once a day, I can definitely feel a benefit. As the physiotherapist said, it won’t repair the knee problem, but will strengthen the large muscle from the knee to the hip, and this is helping me get up from a kneeling position.
