Mixed feelings.
I am prepared to recommend this supplier only to give them the benefit of the doubt. Possibly a genuine mistake was made on my order. Confusion may have arises because the offer was for 2 bottles, and I ordered and paid for twice this (2x2). I only received half my order. The supplier initially did not seem to understand what had gone wrong, and the communication was very slow in coming. But the problem was eventually resolved. This product has a lot of good reviews but it didn't work at all for me. It did have a mild numbing affect but not strong enough to help with my sore throat.
